2.CUSTOMERS CAN SELECT SERVICE AND PERSON. THE SELECTED STAFF MEMBER CONFIRMS VIA APP. IF CUSTOMER FAILS TO SCAN HE CAN BE ADDED MANUALLY.
3.IMNEXX GIVES INSTANT APPROX WAIT TIME AND QUEUE NUMBER. EXAMPLE YOU ARE NUMBER 3 YOU HAVE TO WAIT 30 MINUTES BASED ON AVERAGE WAIT TIME.
4.APP TELLS CUSTOMER THEY ARE NOW NUMBER 2 IN QUEUE WITHAPPROX WAIT TIME AND UPDATE BUT OPTIONAL CONFIRMATION BY STAFF IN CASE THEY HAVE PRE-BOOKING THAT CONFLICTS.
5.MESSAGE SENT TO SELECTED STAFF TO CONFIRM TIME. WAIT TIME SHOWS AS TIMER COUNTDOWN AND QUEUE NUMBER TO CUSTOMER.
6.CUSTOMER GETS MESSAGE TO CONFIRM TO SAY YOU HAVE 15 MINUTES TO RETURN
7.CUSTOMER CONFIRMED YES THEN MOVED IN QUEUE TO IMNEXX NUMBER 1 !!!! THEY GO AND GET SERVICE OR MEET STAFF THEY WAS WAITING FOR
